Pay:

• Full-time pay range ( > 35 hours per week) | $15 - $16 per hour
• Pay rates are based on employee availability.
• $16 an hour for full time open availability.

Responsibilities:

• Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
• Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
• Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
• Operating the register or iPad at the drive thru
• Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru
• Learn all positions, including headset and order-taking, monitor or bagging, and window
• Checking for product quality and consistency
• Assist in executing opening or closing procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
• Troubleshoots minor guest issues
• Maintains a clean and pleasant environment

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while working at a quick, efficient, and thorough pace
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds.
