POSITION: Route Specialist
ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry is hiring Route Specialists for its Clearwater, FL location.
Some tasks require physical aptitude and strength, such as driving for long periods of time and handling heavy loads. Other tasks require business skills, such as customer service and complex decision making.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a position requiring the employee to establish, maintain and build strong customer relationships through responsive and creative service strategies
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Knowledge: Practical insight specific to the textile services industry and operations
- Decision Making: Identify problem/root causes and develops alternative courses of action and makes decisions that are based on logic assumptions which reflect factual information
- Communication: Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face
- Manage customer inventory
- Provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate vacations
- Provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate call offs (flexibility)
- Provide additional route support as needed (Reroutes, additional volume etc…)
- Make special deliveries to customers
- Responsible for account maintenance
- Lead generation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction
- High School Diploma and/or some college coursework required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Minimal delivery or route experience
- Must be computer literate
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds plus, and push and pull carts of linen

Compensation & Benefits:
- $19.00 to $21.00 an hour based on experience
