We operate in a very precise section of recruiting, assisting with strategic hires of emerging leaders and Pre-C Management. We focus on very low unemployment sectors- areas where typical unemployment levels are -5% or greater. We have created hiring models and career management theory that have placed us as a trusted advisor to both talent conscious organizations and the people that stand out in our practice spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Source, Build, and Maintain relationships within industry while keeping a strong pulse on market trends
• Identify, Qualify, and Deliver highly reputable candidates to companies
• Facilitate process of consulting, interviewing, and negotiation with the objective of hiring in a timely manner
• Contact potential companies to create new business opportunities
• Conduct in-depth market research in related industries
• Influence individuals to explore career advancement opportunities
• Maintain continuous flow of communication with all partners to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
• Coordinate all components of recruitment process for an exceptional candidate experience
• Manage and frequently update CRM database
• Consistently deliver white glove customer service experience to companies and candidates
• Utilize a multitude of recruitment tools to perform outreach

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years professional experience minimum (Industry experience is not required)
• Demonstrate rigor and drive to succeed
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Commutable distance to Broadview Heights, OH (4 days in office per week)
