Danone North America has an exciting opportunity hiring a fully remote Sales Analyst under our Natural Channel. Ownership of Customer trade plans and forecasts. Host weekly / monthly connect calls with key contacts. Analyze customer performance to inform and support sales team in accurately managing the business. Pull customer data, track results, and perform analysis that provide insights required to deliver command and control. Input sales/customer information into data systems. Support sales teams with administrative tasks.

• Input information for sales teams into systems

– Own process for entering trade spend/forecast changes into Kantar for both EDLP and Promo’s across all categories and any additional reporting needed for cross functional teams.
– Own process for entering in new item forecasts into Kantar and reporting needed for cross functional teams.
– Own Customer system submission process for New Items utilizing data gathered internally and working with cross functional teams.
– Own Customer system submission process for Promotional Contracts, utilizing internal systems and Distributor Dashboards.

• Support sales teams with administrative tasks

– Manage the New Item timeline process working with CBMs.
– Manage Retail Price execution tracking of EDLPs and Promo’s.
– Manage customer contract submissions.
– Be the lead working with Deductions and Audit teams with support from CBMs
– Be the lead working with Sprouts Category analysts with support from CBMs

• Provide Divisional Leadership with Monthly updates

– Summarize and communicate any changes to plans to SLT and Finance monthly.
– Utilize Nielsen / SPINS data to understand Year over Year changes in volume

About you

• 4 year business degree
• 0 to 2 years work experience
• Strong organization skills
• Understanding of trade systems/deduction management
• Analytical skills and ability to analyze data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong, proven potential leadership skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ideally some CPG experience
• 10 – 15% travel time

The base compensation range for this position is $60,000-$65,000.
