The Sales Associate position will focus on providing our customers with superior customer service, while transacting sales and performing store upkeep responsibilities. We are seeking an outgoing, friendly individual, who can work independently, and is up for the variety of tasks it takes to keep a small, family-owned, business successful.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with a positive, personalized shopping experience. Assist with selecting clothing styles based on the customer's personal preferences.
• Perform sales transaction duties accurately using store Point of Sale iPad system
• Maintain the store brand and environment, including cleaning and other housekeeping duties
• Ensure a safe working and shopping environment while minimizing shrink and damages
• Execute company goals, tasks, policies, and procedures timely, accurately, and thoroughly
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, 2 Saturdays per month, and occasional holidays.

Qualifications:

• Reliable and trustworthy
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs
• Enjoys interacting with people and maintains a positive attitude
• Proven ability to partner effectively and work in a team environment
• Basic computer abilities (ex. Checking email, creating simple docs).
• Works with a sense of urgency; demonstrates timely and thoroughly execution of tasks
• High School Diploma/Equivalent

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
