We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Seiler Tucker, an M&A firm. The primary responsibilities of the sales representative will be to prospect for new opportunities, engage new customers who wish to either buy or sell companies, offer clients a range of services including evaluation and management consulting, software, AI, other M&A services.

The ideal candidate should have experience selling to B2B clients, be good with people, know how to close deals, and have some business experience particularly in high level sales. The candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to prospect for new and existing clients and generate leads
  • Identify potential customers who are interested in buying or selling companies
  • Build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Offer clients a range of services including evaluation and management consulting
  • Conduct presentations to clients and manage the sales process from start to finish
  • Collaborate with the marketing and financial analyst team to develop effective sales materials.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Maintain and Provide accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote company and stay up to date on market trends and industry developments.
  • Communication skills to confidently make cold calls or negotiate sales terms.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas.
  • Create, Track, and Execute on KPI leading to customer and company success.
  • Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns.
  • Keeping contact lists and following up with current customers to continue building relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum of consecutive 3 years of sales experience within the past 5 years with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling to B2B clients with 7+ figure sales transactions
  • Excellent communication an interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of M & A industry (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Ability to travel if necessary
  • Proven success history with 7 figure Franchise Sales
  • Commercial Real Estate experience (preferred)
  • Currently resides within New Orleans Metro Area
