Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced MCA Broker to join our team. As an MCA Broker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small business owners and providing them with financing solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new business leads through networking, referrals, and other sales channels
• Educate small business owners on the benefits of MCA financing
• Analyze prospective clients’ financials to determine their eligibility for financing
• Negotiate financing terms and present financing solutions to clients
• Collaborate with underwriters and funding partners to ensure successful funding
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to MCA financing
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the financing process

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of MCA financing products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
