St. Lucy Parish & St. Monica Parish & School (Methuen) is seeking a self-motivated individual who can meet the following:
* In collaboration with other maintenance staff assist with the cleaning or maintenance of all buildings within the collaborative
* Service, clean, or supply restrooms & break areas
* Maintain inventory of supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
* Independently perform such work as plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry repairs
* Troubleshoot and repair equipment, work directly with sub-contractors
* Maintain machinery, equipment, tools, etc. Keep in proper working condition
* Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs
* Maintains a neat and orderly working area
* Removal of trash
* Set up/breakdown for events
* Shoveling and snow removal as required
* Performs all other duties as directed
Work Schedule - Mon - Fri – 7:30 – 3:30
Requirements:
* High school graduate or equivalent.
* Prior maintenance experience required
* Extensive physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling, ability to lift up to 75lbs.
* Basic English Reading and Writing Skills
* Hiring is subject to satisfactory CORI and SAFIS Background Checks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
