Facilitate Project ceremonies (Big room planning, Sprint Planning, Product Owner Sync, Tech Sync, Retrospectives etc.)

· Plan and coordinate automotive embedded systems & software development activities of collocated and/or international/distributed software engineering teams

· Implement technics for effective Product Backlog management

· Developing and maintaining Project Configuration Management

· Involved in internal and external (SPICE level) Quality Audits

· Plan and track feature/function development: Generating and tracking KPIs, , monitoring and tracking risks/issues

· Track and facilitate dependency resolution with other competencies like Systems, Bench Testing, Vehicle Testing, Algorithm/Model Development etc.

· Helping the team in identifying and removing the impediments

· Continuous improvement in Configuration Management process area

· Embodied Agile mindset and deep understanding of the value coming from Agile principles and practices

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
