The Ideal Senior Digital Media Specialist:
The Senior Digital Media Specialist is responsible for managing the delivery of paid search, display and video marketing campaigns using Google Ads and other platforms. The Senior DM Specialist will participate in the management of a portfolio of new and existing clients and ensure they are performing at a high level based on their dealer defined goals.

The Nitty Gritty Responsibilities:

  • Build new automotive dealer accounts in Google Ads after the sales team closes new deals
  • Properly QA new automotive accounts to ensure they are setup properly and are without errors
  • Analyze your portfolio accounts to ensure they are meeting or exceeding the clients defined goals
  • Recommend new campaigns/optimization ideas to Sales/CST for account growth
  • Identify potential tracking issues and troubleshoot when possible and/or submit tracking issue tickets to AdOps
  • Act as key point of contact with Account Strategists and Field Sales Team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide clients campaign information through thorough analysis, new product suggestions and budget recommendations that will enhance the dealer’s overall digital marketing strategy
  • Consistently update manager on audits performed on assigned accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Prioritizes and completes tasks with a concern for all the details involved; monitors and checks work for accuracy.
  • Respond to account tickets accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Be a subject matter expert on L2T products which are relevant to Digital Media team. Act as a point of contact for other teams to elevate product knowledge to others within the organization. Cross train team members and new employees on Paid Search best practices and L2T expectations of campaign performance.
  • Pass and maintain your certification of all necessary Google Ads Paid Search exams as well as Display, Video, and Google Analytics IQ exams

Skill Requirements and Experience we’d love you to have:

  • Ability to manage time and complete multiple tasks while continually meeting deadlines as well as delegate tasks appropriately and efficiently
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively message verbally and in writing, using a variety of communication methods to build productive relationships
  • Create presentations and present to clients when requested to support sales and CST
  • Easily adapts to change in responsibilities, work processes, timeframes, performance expectations, organizational culture or work environment.
  • Must be self-directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment
  • Minimum 3 years of Paid Search / Google Ads experience
  • Google Analytics experience required
  • Digital media or advertising experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree is desired
  • Minimum of Associates degree + relevant work experience is acceptable
