This position will provide high-level administrative support to the Internal Services Department (ISD) Director’s Office.

This position handles high-level responsibilities such as constituent affairs, assignment tracking and follow-up, performance/compliance analysis, drafting responses and memorandums, performing research, and special projects. This position is involved in reviewing and routing signature items, database update and maintenance, managing the office filing system, and answering calls to the Director’s Office.

ISD provides a wide range of internal support services for the ongoing operation of County government which focuses on promoting operational best practices and efficient government operations. ISD provides various customer-based business services that include, but not limited to, facility management, design and construction management, fleet management, risk management, surplus property disposition services, capital inventory management, and large- scale printing services, and small business development and services. Through these various business lines, ISD is engaged in real estate development and management, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance, elevator regulation, materials management, and parking services.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. Four years of advanced secretarial experience are required.
