Shearon Environmental Design, one of the nation's leading landscape design/build and maintenance firms with locations in
Plymouth Meeting, PA; Downingtown, PA; Hopewell, NJ and Voorhees, NJ, has immediate openings for experienced and self- motivated Landscape Maintenance Senior Superintendents.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Supervising landscape management crews
• Managing bilingual crews
• Managing landscape projects
• Training employees
• Site inspections
• Biding on projects
• Drafting proposals and contracts
• Meeting, negotiating, and communicating with clients

Basic Requirements:

• A minimum of (3) years related experience
• Experience with Biding/ Proposals / Contracts
• Project Management
• Understand costs and budgets of ongoing projects
• Maintain a current driver's license. CDL license preferred
• Meet or exceed quality and safety expectations
• Experience with equipment operation
• Ability to walk, bend, lift and carry 40lbs - 80lbs
• A degree or certification in a landscape related field is strongly preferred
