Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, to join our dynamic marketing team. The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth for our portfolio of products.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of HCP marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions, field resources, events, and digital marketing.
• Develop and utilize analytical tools to assess tactical performance and optimize deployment.
• Create educational resources for other key stakeholders including nurses, pharmacists, and patients.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, market research, and external partners to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage budgets and timelines for marketing initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation and project management.
• Leverage market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the market and utilize data to inform marketing strategy and tactics.

Job Requirements

Desired Experience/Education and Personal Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry in marketing, sales and/ or agency roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and market share.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets and timelines.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform marketing strategy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
