Amada is looking for a .NET Software Engineer to be a part of the IIoT Project Team. The .NET Software Engineer works under general supervision to develop a solution for a wide range of manufacturing clients, leveraging various frameworks and platforms. Ensure IIoT solution system performance, including mobile, web front end, database, and others. Responsible for the entire development cycle.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Backend development including APT using C# in .Net Core or .Net 5 environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to satisfy customer business needs.
• Contribute to our collective brainpower through innovation and peer review.
• Maintain morale by supporting open communication amongst team members, escalating issues when necessary with both the Software Project Manager and the client to ensure the best possible outcome for the client.
• Provide timely technical consultation and communication to client and team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review project code created by team members to ensure quality and completion in accordance with the scope of work.
• Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to less experiences development staff throughout the organization.
• Assist with the maintenance of tools, standards, and methodologies.
• Assist as necessary with the execution of initiatives as requested by project management.

KNOWLEDGE:

• Prior hands-on PC hardware and software experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP system.
• Applied knowledge of Dependency Injection, Generics.

SKILLS:

• Computer knowledge (word processing, presentation, and spreadsheets)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), detailed oriented
• Advanced Programming Skills
• Visual Studio Suite
• .Net Core
• C#+ experience with modern frameworks and libraries
• SignalR
• MSSQL and PostgresSQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to grasp concepts quickly and generate creative solutions
• Proven critical thinking skills to assist in setting a direction in ambiguous situations
• Technical knowledge of principles and patterns
• Knowledge of modern version control systems

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years experience as .Net core and C# developer

PAY RANGE:

• $140,000-$150,000
