Job Description:
Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software solutions. Be involved from start of the project all the way through the deployment and will actively participate in requirement discussion, design, development, validation/testing and deployment of projects. Develop software engineering standards, practices, and reusable components. Design, develop, test, release, and maintain workflows rules, validation rules, formulas, custom workflow, process builder, page layouts, custom fields/objects. Create and deliver technical presentations. Collaborate with QA teams and business partners to create and execute system test plans and user acceptance testing. Evaluate complex business and technical requirements, analyzing and communicating inherent risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners. Partner with (Onshore/Offshore) development firms on an as needed basis. Review the code and provide the review comments to improve the overall code quality.
Minimum Requirements:
Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or foreign equivalent), plus two (2) years of experience in job offered or a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or foreign equivalent), plus five (5) years of experience in job offered or a related occupation. Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.
Special Requirements:
Experience requires one (1) year with each of the following:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and SQL;
- Coding apps in multiple languages such as Java, Java Script; and
- Technical web design and feasibility planning.
Telecommuting accepted anywhere within the United States.
Salary Range:
$183,310 - $193,000

The annual base salary shown is a national range for this position on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements of the applicable plans.
