Barley Hospitality is hiring experienced servers for Coral Gables first rooftop bar and restaurant “Cebada” located in Giralda Plaza and also Abi Maria Bar & Refuge in South Miami/kendall.

Minimum of two years prior experience in fine dining.

Cebada and Abi Maria are well known for their creative and classic cocktails with an extensive selection of top shelf spirits and wines in addition to award winning cuisine

The qualified candidates will have outgoing personality, excellent appearance and must be able to WOW our guests each shift. This role requires suggestive selling and creating an upbeat atmosphere for the guest. The server is responsible for order entry, order delivery, and identify any issues during the guest experience, and is also responsible for preparing the bar for each shift. The server must treat each guest courteously, and work quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude, while following our teamwork philosophy. Cebada is a very fast paced bar and restaurant so energy is particularly important for this position and the qualified candidate must be able to stand on one’s feet for periods of 4 hours or more, at the same time maintaining a high energy level and upbeat attitude.
