• Description:

CTEC is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Software Developer role- ServiceNow SME for one of our clients.

• ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the expertise to work with technical teams on their internal incident process documentation with the goal of moving them into our enterprise ServiceNow application.
• Highly experienced in evaluating, documenting and implementing work flow processes.
• Works with customers and end users to understand requirements, coordinate resources, monitor timeline, and plan, track, and execute project plan.
• Education: Position typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of twelve years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At this level, post graduate course work may be expected.
