THE LASH LOUNGE® in Central New Jersey, with locations in Bound Brook, Flemington and North Brunswick, is looking for a social media manager to assist in marketing and growing our salons. We are a national franchise with a strong presence in New Jersey. Our salon offers a luxury experience specializing in eyelash extensions. We are committed to creating an inviting atmosphere that will WOW our clients with our service and the confidence that their beautiful new eyelashes will give them.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilizing social media to successfully grow a business. Candidate will need to be highly motivated and thrive in opportunities to meet new people and talk about our value proposition, ideally with experience in running successful local marketing events. In addition, candidate will need to have strong teamwork and networking skills, with a track record of successfully partnering with other organizations for mutual growth. And finally, we are looking for a creative thinker who is eager to try various campaigns and strategies to achieve a rapid level of growth.

Previous experience in the beauty field is preferred, but not required, for this position.

A marketing or business degree is preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

· Manage all salons’ social media presence and successfully expand our reach across all platforms that can contribute to growth. Ensuring all platforms show consistent monthly growth in terms of our “reach” is critical.

· Support local marketing efforts; such as bridal shows, local community fares and events, farmer’s markets, etc. Also look to run plaza type events, either individually or with co-tenants, using our marketing collateral to generate a stronger plaza presence for our 3 salons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
