Customer Service Data Collector- (Part Time – Temporary)

Hiring data collectors to gather data for a customer satisfaction study. The purpose is to review programs/services that help financial stability and economic growth within communities.

Here is your chance to take part in improving the availability of, access to, and delivery of those services and goods. Data collection experience is not required. Minimum qualification is a high school diploma. This opportunity will pay a stipend starting at $1,000 for an anticipated commitment of 25-55 hours over 2-4 weeks.

Skills and Abilities

• Reading and understanding information and ideas presented in writing.
• Communicating information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
• Ability to think quickly without prior planning .
• Keeping record of interactions.
• Active listening skills such as giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate.
• Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.

Position Requirements:

• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel to one or more sites in South Carolina.
• Must be able to participate in a one-day virtual orientation and training to understand the purpose of the study and assigned duties.
• Must be able to participate in a follow-up meeting within 72 hours of assignment completion.
• Detail-oriented
• Work requires walking, standing, sitting
• Having previous experience in data collection is not required.

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. (High School Diploma preferred). Previous data collection experience is not required.
• Must be 18 years of age and older.
