Job Overview:

The position is responsible for supporting franchisees in developing local marketing activations in a timely and accurate manner. The position is also responsible for developing assets with the creative agency and ensuring smooth implementation and media buy process. Lastly, the position is responsible for analyzing the campaigns and gather up data to feed future local strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Developing local marketing campaigns in partnership with the regional marketing managers
• Managing the creative process for local campaigns and reviews assets approval and media buy
• Manages local merchandise website and development of new campaigns
• Serves as a point of contact for field marketing teams in terms of activations and analytical reports
• Executes campaign's performance analysis

Essential Duties:

• Cross functional collaboration with Operations, Digital, Product and Promotion Execution and Field Marketing
• Works with vendors to manage the asset creation and media buy
• Oversees local campaigns by executing strategy and analyzing campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field and/or equivalent experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Basic Design Skills
• Experience in analytics is a plus
• Skilled in solving problems and relationship management
• Ability to clearly communicate and understand information in business English, both orally and in writing
• 2 to 3 years previous experience
