Details and Requirements:
- Maintains a diligent schedule of meetings to advise clients and prospects concerning suitable investments.
- Will have continual learning and status meetings with subject experts and financial partners to support sustained industry knowledge, licensing and advisory skills.
- Conducts annual reviews, evaluate changes in financial objectives, and recommends actions which result in retention, strengthening, and growth of the client's relationship.
- Employs superior skills for understanding and acting upon client priorities for their investment and retirement goals.
- Works in cooperation with other relationship managers and associates to identify and refer prospects which result in the establishment of personal trust, life insurance, financial planning, or other financial service relationships.
- Accurate management of scheduling, responsiveness to email and other communications to the standards as established by the team.
- A desire to work as part of a friendly and trusted team of associates all focused on providing best in class client service with a keen drive to meet business and client financial goals.
4-6 years experience required; 6-8 years experience preferred
Bachelors Degree required for consideration (or equivalent); Masters preferred
- Current FINRA Series 7, 63/66
- Appropriate State(s) Life & Health Insurance Licenses preferred
Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills. Proficient with applicable computer software. Good written and oral communication skills. Good organizational and customer service skills. Excellent consultative sales and cross-selling skills. Relevant certifications. Investments and financial planning experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Series 7, 66. CFP or other financial related designations as asset.
