Store Manager
Job description
Goodwill Monocacy Valley located in Frederick and Carroll County Maryland (a division of Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona since 2020) is hiring for a Store Manager.
Starting Salary: $60,000 / Year
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage financials to achieve required targeted growth in profit, revenue, and production for multiple store locations.
-Work with theDistrict Managerto generate ideas about future retail activities.
-Ensure store locations deliver excellent customer service and reflect the Goodwill brand appropriately.
-Coordinate efforts among locations to allocate donations, team members, and leadership to maximize area performance.
-Lead the district in building a strong sales management culture and provide advice and guidance on issues.
-Responsible for performance management, staffing, compensation, and development of Store Managers.
-Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
-Establishes an environment of trust and respect that inspires high engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years’ work experience in Retail Management.
- 3 years’ of experience with Retail Inventory POS Computer System preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers’ license and clean MVR.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
