Molex has an opening for an experienced Supply Chain Analytics Leader to lead and execute the analytics strategy for our global Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will report to the Director of Research & Analytics and work in close partnership with leaders across Digital Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, Procurement and Logistics, in addition to other business areas. This role also works closely with our development teams comprising of analysts, data engineers and data scientists.

This role is open to candidates based in Lisle, Rochester Hills, Wichita or Atlanta. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What You Will Do

• Be a trusted analytics and insights business partner. Provide supply chain data understanding and technology thought leadership for quality execution and timely delivery of ad hoc analysis and advanced analytics solutions, like predictive and prescriptive analytics. Develop and manage insightful analysis products and digital solutions to meet prioritized business needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Digital (IT), and Global capabilities, to define and prioritize analytical capabilities and initiatives that supply chain strategy.
• Lead the development and implementation of analytics capabilities that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations, including insights, high performing ML/AI platforms and other analytics technologies.
• Be accountable for and execute projects by leading our extended global delivery team and liaising with other cross-functional / capability teams. Strong ability to mentor and develop teams at all levels.
• Exemplify strong customer focus through proactive communications, user acceptance of analytics solutions and being open to feedback.
• Be comfortable to work in a fast-paced, demanding business environment. Participate and facilitate technology transformation for next level analytics and identify intelligent opportunities to unlock the value of data through generating insights that effectively guide the business.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or business-related degree
• Experience in leading supply chain analytics development, delivery and/or support capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills, structured conceptual thinking, and statistical acumen in optimization, linear programming, network planning, time series and regression algorithms. Familiarity with AI algorithms is preferred. Use of innovative approaches to use data effectively to augment business growth and implement strategy.
• Experienced or demonstrated knowledge with Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence applications, data mining and data science
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital initiatives.
• Proficiency in building and analyzing analytical frameworks, statistical models and experimentation methods to establish and communicate causal relationships
• Ability to use complex data and insights to frame narratives to bring others along the journey
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and processes, and experience identifying and prioritizing areas for improvement.
• Experience in supply chain analytics roles with increasing responsibilities
• Experience with SAP and Supply Chain platforms and systems.

What Will Put You Ahead

• MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Technology or related fields.
• Experience working with one or more of the following: electronics market, global manufacturing, integrated supply chain.
• Experience with process and technology integrations with systems such as SAP ERP.
• Experience of working within a Global Business Services model
• Strong knowledge of Kinaxis, LLamasoft, S/4 HANA
