Support du service Supplier Performance Manager, vous serez en charge de :
- Participer à la mesure et la communication de la Performance des fournisseurs et participer à l'identification des actions / leviers pour l'améliorer. Participer à la mise en place des indicateurs clés (KPI)
réparation, charge/capacité, flux atelier, Plan de Continuité d'Activité...),
- Identifier et piloter des actions de réduction des risques
- Piloter des réunions de coordination des Acteurs de la Relation Fournisseur
- Proposer des actions d'amélioration de la maturité fournisseur et de l'efficacité industrielle
Complementary description
Il sera aussi important de valider les solutions proposées en local en les partageant avec les autres services SPM (France, Asie), en coordination avec l'entité en centrale (France).
Job requirements
Première expérience en Aéronautique en production ou supply chain avec si possible des connaissances dans le MRO ou l'assemblage de moteur.
CPIM 1
Capacité à réaliser des Value Stream Mapping
Mise en place de suivi de WIP
Compréhension du Management en Atelier et de la Gestion de Production
Connaissance de la relation fournisseur.
Maîtrise des outils d'analyse type PowerBi.
Capacité à challenger.
Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler dans un milieu multi-culturel
Excellente communication et capacité à synthétiser.
