Clearance: TS/SCI Full Scope Poly

Must Haves:

• 10 years experience in IT industry
• Bachelor’s degree
• If no Bachelor’s degree 4 years of additional experience
• IAT Level 2
• LENEL Cert (LCE) or get one within 6 months of starting but MC Dean will pay for this

Day to Day:

The System Administrator Tier 3 candidate will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. They will manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides Support to IT systems including day – to – day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices etc. The ideal candidate will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution. They will feel comfortable providing support for escalations and communicate the status to agency management and internal customers. They will provide support for dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. Finally, they will configure and manage Windows Operating Systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshooting and maintaining integrity and configuring network.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
