This role ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems. The incumbent will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of technology investments. This role also provides subject matter expertise in numerous departmental technologies, plan major technology upgrades, mentor more junior Systems Engineer roles, and identify technology improvements for existing technology operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting, operating, and maintaining Technology Infrastructure, Data Centers, and Enterprise Technology Platforms
• Provide standard business hour technical support, with rotational 24 by 7 on-call coverage, for support incidents generated via monitoring, scheduled change management, and support issue escalation
• Designing, advocating, and implementing technology opportunities to move to Cloud Services
• Creating and enabling technologies that allow the company to innovate and accelerate guest satisfaction

What we need from you:

• A background and experience supporting, developing, and delivering technology solutions
• Experience with Cloud Services (Azure) and other providers
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Technologies (Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Infrastructure as Code)
• Skilled in Cyber Security
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to be successful by enabling others to be successful

What we also value (preferred):

• Degree in information systems management or related field
• 4+ years’ experience in similar systems administration role
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or equivalent industry certification
• Cloud first technology advocacy
