Meet the team:
Dexcom is a high-growth, fast-paced environment where you work with leading-edge, Cybersecurity teams in to ensure the security of modern diabetes medical device systems. We’re seeking a Cybersecurity Release Delivery Owner to help in managing expectations of customers, users and other stakeholders and deciding what to deliver (release) to customers/users, in what order to deliver to customers/users and when to deliver for G7 and future security products. You will work alongside highly skilled and passionate innovators who know how to deliver exceptional results while also having some fun along the way. For this role you will be working as a Release Delivery Owner on our rapidly growing Dexcom Cybersecurity team helping to support comprehensive product release delivery activities. Experience with release management strategy and release plan is needed.
As a member of the R&D Cybersecurity team you will be responsible for working with the various development teams, product owners, and product managers to ensure that the security features necessary to properly secure our products are properly released and delivered. The ideal candidate is one who has experience of defining the technical release, planning, coordinating, managing, communicating and delivery of product security feature releases.
Where you come in:
- You will drive teams towards successful delivery of release plans and motivate team to achieve and maintain quality in a creative and effective manner
- You will coordinate, track schedule and manage sprints for PKI, key management and related projects with respect to Dexcom software, hardware and associated services
- You will be PKI team’s primary interface to product core teams
- You will utilize Jira, Smartsheets, Cloud PLM and all the necessary planning and scheduling tools to track all the project tasks and subtasks and keep the PKI and cross-functional teams on track with the schedule
- You will track progress of PKI-related SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), audits and training to ensure it gets done on time and that we have adequate records of them
- You will facilitate communication with partners, SW and HW vendors interfacing directly to the PKI team
What makes you successful:
- You have good knowledge of PKI fundamentals and best practices
- Willing to attend training to improve your knowledge in the fundamentals of PKI and cryptography including the principles related to HSM, Encryption Protocols and Encryption Tools
- You can identify gaps and then enable team to address those gaps in product release process
- You have the experience in working within an Agile-based team environment.
- You have the experience in managing time-sensitive project

Travel Required:
- 5-15%
Experience and Education
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Masters degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience.
Exempt Salary Details
- The annual base salary range for this role is $122,500 to $204,100. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
