Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer

Location - Remote

Job Description:

The Sr Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform to meet the business needs of an organization. In this role, he will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and delivering a solution that enables our customer service representatives to provide exceptional customer service and improve our overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities / Tasks:

· Lead the technical team in the implementation of Dynamics 365 for Customer Service and Customer Insights.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and identify key business processes that will be supported by the new solution.

· Develop a solution architecture that is scalable, efficient, and meets the needs of the business.

· Drive the implementation of Dynamics 365, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.

· Manage the development process, including code review, testing, and deployment.

· Ensure that the solution meets security and compliance requirements.

· Provide guidance and support to the development team and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure successful integration with other systems.

· Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to technical problems.

· Assist engineering teams in eliminating technical debt.

· Utilize Azure DevOps CI/CD for deployment.

· Automated testing (Unit, Integration, End-End, Performance) to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of the solution

· Document technical design and architecture and provide knowledge transfer to other team members.

· Ensure that the implementation is delivered on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Experience:

TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Microsoft Dynamics 365 (14+ years)

· .Net (5 - 7+ years)

· C# / ASP.Net (3 - 5 years)

· JavaScript (3 - 4 years)

· XML (3 - 5 years)

· Azure DevOps (2 - 4years)

· AWS (2 - 3 years)

· 14+ years direct experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Field service, Portals

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, plugin and SDK based development.

• Experience with MS PowerApps/Flows

• Experience with Visual Studio

• Technically fluent in programming languages, including .NET, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, XML, JQuery, CSS and HTML

• Understanding of Azure DevOps

Educational Requirements and/or Certifications:

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science
