Temporary Solderer - Transformer Wire soldering with high-temperature solder. Skills Set: skilled at hand soldering irons small components in tight areas, around temperature sensitive components.

Micro Assemblers - Assemblers perform the procedures needed to produce a quality product utilizing soldering or mechanical techniques according to specifications using a microscope and small hand tools.

Circuit Card Assemblers- Perform the procedures needed to produce circuit boards using small hand tools, soldering tools according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation of Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees whose work is directed. Ensure that safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.
• Commitment to the Company’s policies, principles, and procedures and adheres to the Company’s procedures including Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S), Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”), discipline/corrective action, and security.
• Performs self-inspection ensuring product meets the drawing and Class 3 IPC-610 criteria.
• Takes initiative to work independently to meet company-shipping goals.
• Works in the following areas; CCA wave or Selective solder, Specialty processes.
• Act as a Liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Reads Standard Operating Procedures and suggest improvements.
• Cross-trains to other CCA job functions required.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area. Follows the 5S policies.
• Must exhibit good judgment and strong decision making skills.
• Required to follow ESD controls.
• Skill in collecting and analyzing complex or technical data.

Job Qualifications:

• Educational / Experience Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with small hand tools, manual dexterity
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with a team and receive or communicate directions effectively.
• Ability to use hand tools and have mechanical dexterity.
• Ability to accurately prepare and maintain records, files, and reports
