Clear Recovery Center is seeking a full-time Therapist to join the treatment team at our outpatient Dual Diagnosis treatment center in Redondo Beach, CA. Applicants must be registered as a licensed therapist, social worker (or equivalent AMFT, ACSW).

Job Description
- Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans for assigned patients
- Facilitate comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic summary for assigned patients
- Individual sessions for all assigned patients
- Facilitate multidisciplinary treatment planning and updates for assigned patients (ensure inclusion of all treatment modalities/disciplines)
- Coordination of all treatment services needed for assigned patient caseload
- Group counseling, education, and meetings per program schedule
- Participate in the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of the clinical program including group curriculum
- Participate in in-service training, individual/group supervision meetings and counselor staff interface meetings
Qualifications Required:
- Registered Therapist; LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent (AMFT, ACSW)
- Master’s degree in social work or marriage and family therapy
- 1 year experience working in a clinical setting
- Experience planning and facilitating psychotherapy groups
- Experience providing evidence-based psychotherapeutic treatment modalities
- Ability to assess suicidality and knowledge of safety planning
- Knowledge of DSM 5 diagnoses
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and in team
Salary and Benefits: Depending on Licensure, Experience, Part-time or Full-Time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $70.00 per hour
