Position- Ticket Scanner

Location- Cary, NC
POSITION: Ticket Scanner
DEPARTMENT: Box Office
REPORTS TO: Assistant Box Office Manager
FLSA STATUS: Part-time/Hourly/Non-exempt
ASM, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an opening for a Ticket Scanner at Booth Amphitheatre. This position primarily consists of assisting patrons with ticket scanning as well as demonstrating excellent customer service to all patrons.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Scan tickets as patrons enter the venue.

Ensure tickets are scanned properly and resolve any issues at the gate when possible.

Maintain a positive attitude even in hectic situations and responds to customer needs in a timely manner without assistance if necessary.

Arrive to work on time and in appropriate uniform
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent customer service skills.
-
Available to work flexible hours, including days, nights & weekends.

Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.

Good communication skills; Listen & respond well to questions.

Pass background checks.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATONS:
-
Box Office or venue experience preferred.
-
Etix experience OR experience with other ticketing POS systems.
