The primary purpose of this position is to improve quality and deliver training to our associates. This person would be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to auditing, assisting with creating & reviewing quality reports, trending and analyzing audit/feedback results.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

· Provide timely quality follow through in the form of audits and development sessions.

· Work with leadership to develop and maintain information to identify trends and target improvements.

· Ensure new information communicated to the team is accurate & support the team to improve quality

· Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Desired Knowledge and Skills:

· Mailroom, quality, or training background.

·Good quality in current work

Ability to recognize when work has poor quality and work with people to improve the quality of their work

· Ability to describe how to improve work to staff members and recognize good work.

· Organized and attentive to detail.

Education, Experience and/or Training:

· High School diploma, preferably some college.

· Understanding of how to use a computer and basic systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.50 per hour
