This position requires:

This employee will need to:

• Use respectful and professional communication, clarify for understanding, and take direction;

• Demonstrate and model the skills trained to employees;
  

• Show a willingness to learn from others, build skills and receive and use feedback for growth.
  

• Apply adult learning theory when developing or implementing training.
  

• Work closely and collaboratively with supervisor to create, implement, and evaluate curriculum;
  

• Have experience in supervising employees.

• Demonstrates ability to facilitate job skills simulation;

• 
  Working knowledge and experience in child welfare and juvenile justice systems;

• 
  Five (5) years experience in training and developing curriculum applying adult learning and facilitation of discovery learning;

• 
  Three (3) years experience supervising employees;

• 
  Experience with learning management systems, data analysis of evaluations, and e-learning design and development.

• Education and years of experience must be related to the purpose of the position.
  

• If Minimum Qualification requires a specific number of "semester hours" in a field (e.g. 6 semester hours in Accounting), applicants MUST have those semester hours in order to meet the minimum qualifications. No substitutions apply for semester hours.
