Type: Pediatric Behavioral Health Nurse Manager

Location: Brattleboro, VT.

Fidé is currently seeking a Pediatric Behavioral Health Nurse Manager with 2+ years of current experience for a 13 -week contract in Brattleboro, VT.

Assumes a leadership role based on clinical expertise and judgment in caring for patients.

Leadership responsibilities involve delegation, interviewing/hiring personnel, performance evaluations and corrective action as appropriate, and teaching other staff members.

Responsible for 24-hour clinical management of respective areas.

Focuses on clinical aspects of care, influencing and effecting changes with respect to the needs of the patients, family and total health care delivery system.

Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:

  • RN VT License
  • Proven Leadership in Behavioral Health Nursing - Required
  • Must be willing to float to other units - Required
  • Must have experience with child and adolescent patient populations- Required
  • COVID Vaccination Card and Current Flu Shot Status
  • Skills Checklist from within the past year
  • Interview Availability (best time and days)
  • Resume
  • Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Hours Per Week: 40

Shift: Days, 8 HR. Float

Weekend Requirements: EOW

Holiday Requirements: TBD

On-Call Requirement: Possible
