Treasury Manager
Our client is one of the fastest growing, dynamic companies in the rapidly growing solar industry. They have top quality solar tracking and tracker products that generate the greatest amount of energy, are easiest to install, AND are one of the most cost effective! The company is approaching $1B in revenue and has grown 50% year after year. The Treasury Manager will direct the financial and monetary aspects of the business, which includes cash flow, liquidity, funding, and relationships with financial institutions. Primary Responsibilities of the Treasury Manager:
- Manage day-to-day activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization
- Perform treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management
- Allocate cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares expense and earnings forecasts
- Ensure policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements
- Determine procurement of funds and monitors investments and collections
Required Skills & Experience of the Treasury Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a treasury role
- International experience, foreign currency exposure required
- Prior managerial experience preferred
