As a Virtual Operations Coordinator, you use your specialized experience and your attention to detail to develop a new capability for the client. As a lead Virtual Operations Coordinator on our team, you’ll manage a team of cyber planners and analysts as they help your client understand virtual operations. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll advise your client on new data sources and tradecraft, as your team builds assessments for. As the authority on your team, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to broaden your skillset and share your expertise with other planers through leadership and mentoring. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to help your customers meet their toughest analytic challenges. You Have:
Experience with clandestine, technical, and overt collection capabilities and dissemination systems
Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues in support of HUMINT-enabled technical operations
Experience with cyber policies and analyzing intelligence cyber operational architecture, tools, and procedures for ways to improve performance
Experience with developing and managing executive-level documentation, including planning initiation, mission analysis, COA development, COA analysis, COA comparison, and COA approval and decision briefings
Ability to lead discussions with various HUMINT stakeholders focusing on Cyber to conduct strategic planning, define objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in CI, HUMINT, and Cyber or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in CI, HUMINT, and Cyber
Nice If You Have:
Knowledge of intelligence collection systems and techniques, including their limitations and the processes employed to task them
Ability to provide technical review and recommendations for cyber plans, policies, procedures, directives and concepts
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Work Model
