- Greets & welcomes visitors upon their arrival and helps orient them to the area
- Accurately answer visitor questions regarding a wide variety of topics including general questions, directional questions and questions about tourism & other attractions in the area by utilizing information received during training.
- Helps monitors and controls visitor flow into Museum spaces at entry and exit points.
- Reports any issues with visitor flow to Weekend Supervisor.
- Responds to visitor concerns and complaints by utilizing information received during training.
- Provides professional, efficient, and approachable support and excellent customer service to visitors and locals alike.
- Answers the telephone; takes and relays messages or directs calls to appropriate personnel; returns calls as necessary.
- Organizes and maintains the Carbon Corridor Visitor Center. This includes re-stocking materials and checking general cleanliness and addressing issues.
