Warehouse Associate (Part-time)

RESPONSIBILITIES

►Oversee and participate in the receiving, unloading and inspection of shipments for damage and conformity to purchase order specifications and packing slips; contact vendors regarding shortages, damaged goods or other discrepancies; complete receiving, discrepancy and followup reports.

►Actively participates in process and quality improvement activities to improve warehouse operations and safety. Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, safe and secure condition. Oversee and participate in the stocking of products; plan storage locations; determine proper location of supplies to allow for maximum space utilization. Make recommendations regarding proper storage, inventory and warehousing procedures and improvements in warehouse efficiency.

►Fill, prioritize and process requisitions; pull, pack and ship items or supplies to locations according to established procedures; maintain backorder records.

►Provide information and resolve issues concerning requisitions, stock on hand, back orders and shipment discrepancies, damage or storage. Oversee and participate in the performance of periodic and annual physical inventories; conduct physical inventories.

►Oversee preparation of inventory records as assigned; participate in tagging fixed assets and maintaining associated records.

►Operate a variety of warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies; operate a computer and assigned software to input data and generate reports.

►Perform related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

► Must be able to use logic and apply simple math.

► Applicant must be lift up to 50 lbs.

► Experience in a fulfillment warehouse required.

►Passion for golf and fishing

Salary: $15.50 per hour
