Job Overview:

Our Warehouse Coordinators are the “engine” of our Parts Department. They are responsible for organizing and maintaining the parts warehouse and inventory to serve the needs of both internal and external customers. This is a Monday - Friday, first shift position.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00/hr. (based on experience, skill set, etc.) + UNCAPPED Parts Counter Incentive Program

Shift: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday)

Shift Premium: Any work performed/hours worked Monday - Friday, 5:00 p.m. - 5:59 a.m. and/or any hours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be paid a shift differential of 15% of your base wage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize all incoming freight for the branch in an accurate and timely manner.
• Unpack, check-in, count, verify and scan barcodes on all received freight.
• Stock parts shelves in correct fashion; making sure parts are sorted in bins, well-marked, and neat.
• Oversee, record, and investigate cycle count operations and variances.
• Distribute inter-branch orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Pull orders from shelves and complete shipping paperwork.
• Maintain an accurate record of inventory shipped and received.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal customers and partnering business units.
• Work with Parts Delivery Drivers to stage deliveries.
• Package and ship core returns as needed.
• Deliver parts to customers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
