Job description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced warehouse supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience in a lead role and must be proficient with a forklift.
Location: Burnsville, MN
Hours: 7 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday
Wage: $28 - $30/hr.

Job duties of the warehouse supervisor:
- Ensure that the warehouse operates smoothly.
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage.
- requirements, equipment utilization, inventory gate processes, and shipping methods.
- Train and manage the warehouse associates.
- Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
- Review and prepare workflows.
- Monitor workplace performance.
- Delegate work to warehouse team.
Requirements of the warehouse supervisor:
- Proficient with a forklift
- Able to lift 70 + pounds on a consistent basis and able to work in a physical manner.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen / background check.
- Have 3+ years of experience in a management / lead role.
