Aaustin Express is currently hiring a PM Warehouse Supervisor located in Grand Blanc, MI. 5 days per week, Monday – Friday starting time 3pm, with a few weekends during high volume times, approximately 8 hours per day.

Job Workload, Pay, and Benefits:

We offer 40 hours paid vacation after one year, health benefits after 30 days, paid time off after 90 days, paid Holidays, and 3 personal days.

Job Responsibilities:

MUST HAVE 1 YEAR PREVIOUS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE!

Review AM Turnover Log

Monitor workloads and Heavy-Weights hourly

Monitor QSMS and send stop report every two hours

Pre-trip conveyer / forklift / other equipment

Monitor debrief/routes to ensure couriers deliver and pick up all freight

Conduct Pre-Work Briefing with PM staff

Ensure Staffing is in correct locations

Ensure Staffing is in correct Uniform

Ensure all employees have reported on time

Review any current Issues with staffing

Monitor and answer off emails and phone calls in a timely manner

Handle and resolve any issues on road

Ensure all Freight is processed correctly throughout the night

Walk the belt / MPS area / load area to ensure no shipments are missed

Double check Trucks / Offices / Dock for missed freight

Ensure all areas are clean before leaving for the day

Ensure all scanners are cleared and charging

Prepare Turnover Log for AM Operations

Bring all vehicles being used are brought in from the outside

Ensure belt is shut off and set up for AM Ops

Ensure all forklifts are ready for the AM shift

Debrief couriers

Ensure courier has sent 00 message and has received a clear from CVG Dispatch

Ensure courier turns in Manifests / Scanner / Daily Paperwork / Fuel Cards

Check and clear courier scanner

Ensure all shipments, BA's, AD's, ND's , NH's, CA's are researched and placed in proper location

Send Email to DHL and FNT Management with information on any package issues

Prepare Turnover Log for AM Operations with any issues encountered

Check with DHL to ensure nothing else is needed

Power down all lights and unnecessary equipment

Set alarm system for each area and lock the building

Priority of Work - PM FSS (Scorecards/KPIs)

Debreif Tool

Apply follow-on checkpoint, clear scanners and apply CIs

Missed/Late Pickups (Collect info and coach couriers (as needed))

Job Requirements:

• Must be available Monday - Friday and Sundays during Peak times.
• starting time 3pm.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (Average shipment weight is less than 10 lbs).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Qualifications / Driving record and Criminal Background Check:

• Absolutely no DUI/OWI convictions ever
• No more than 2 minor moving violations within 36 months
• No felony convictions
• No theft, drug, or violence convictions
• Able to pass a Pre-hire and Random Drug Screens
• Starting wage: $700.00 per week
