Job description
Window Cleaner position available. Looking for someone who is detail oriented. Most of our work is done at residential homes where quality of workmanship is a priority. We are careful with people’s property both inside the home and outside. We are a smoke free company. We meet every morning in Simi Valley, then get in work trucks to all parts of Los Angeles. The work can be strenuous at times. We are often climbing up and down ladders. Keep in mind it gets hot in the summertime.
I am willing to train the right candidate. Would love to find someone with experience, but workmanship must be exceptional. Rate of pay for experienced window cleaner is negotiable.

These are my musts:
Must not be afraid of heights.
Must have reliable transportation to work.
Must be willing to work Saturdays sometimes.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs easily.
Must work well with others.
