Full time X-Ray Tech

4-5 days per week with one monthly Saturday rotation

This position would be primarily for the Clinch location, but needs to be willing to go between two offices, as needed

Job Duties:

-Assist physician by obtaining accurate history and documenting presenting symptoms.

-Prepare patient for physical exam for either sick or well visits as needed.

-Taking and developing x-rays, maintenance of x-ray equipment, and supplies, if applicable.

-Appropriately document in chart all assessments, treatments, and procedures provided.

-Maintain professional and courteous atmosphere and provide a clean environment.

-Keep working area stocked with necessary supplies.

-Refer situations beyond ability to the appropriate person.

Performance Requirements:

-Exercise judgment and discretion when dealing with patients and physicians.

-Ability to work with compassion and patience when dealing with ill children.

-Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public.

Education and Training:

-Graduation from an accredited school of Radiology Technology. TN state license in Radiologic Technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
