Roles & Responsibilities:

· Provides personalized, professional customer service experiences through building trust and developing strong customer relationships.

· Responds to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims or products by following established agency processes and procedures.

· Drives customer satisfaction by following the J.D. Power’s best practices: Personal Insurance Review, rate revision notification and claims process.

· Processes changes to existing accounts and policies.

· Assists customers with claims by directing them to the appropriate Claims department contacts and resources. Follows up to ensure customer needs are addressed.

· Performs daily administrative functions to assist the agent such as answering the phone and schedule appointments with existing & prospective clients.

· Participates in reviews of existing coverages and may advise customers regarding policy options.

· Provides estimates and quotes policy premiums complying with underwriting guidelines

· Identifies cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions and takes appropriate action.

Education/Licenses/Designations:

· Property & Casualty license (P&C). If not P&C licensed agrees to obtain license. Agency will pay for classes & test. License must be maintained to continue employment.

· Valid driver’s license required.

· High school Diploma or equivalent.

Role Requirements:

· Spanish Speaking preferred.

· Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities and organize work.

· 2-year minimum customer service experience.

· Effective communication skills.

· Experienced with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer).

· Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn, etc.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Non-Licensed CSR $18 an hour plus bonuses.

· OR P&C Licensed CSR $20 an hour plus Commission

· Paid training.

· 5 paid holidays off and no work on weekends (starts immediately).

· 401K and Health benefits after 1 year of employment.

· 1-week paid vacation after 1 year of employment.

· Small office environment. No call centers.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
