Position Summary: We are looking for an Accounting Clerk who will provide excellent financial data entry, record-keeping, and assistance to the Finance Department.

Duties:

• Perform data entry for the Finance Department
• Maintain accounting records and filing documents
• Assist with the processing of Accounts Payable
• Assist with clerical duties
• Research various financial requests
• Compute and record numerical data
• Filing and confidential maintenance of accounting records

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Excellent data entry and office administrative skills.
• Incoming phone call management skills.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Detail and accuracy focused.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Proficient computer skills

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma of GED equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
