Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical skills. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing support to the accounting team as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Provide support to the accounting team as needed
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
