Accounts Payable Specialist (FT)
Job description
- Construction knowledge preferred.
- Extensive computer experience.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong math skills in relation to accounting accuracy.
- Reconcile and enter invoices with purchase orders.
- Balance accounts payable month with vendors.
- Must balance month with the trial balance.
- Pay vendor monthly checks.
- General office duties as requested by Office Manager.
Full Time in office position.
Monday - Friday
8:30AM - 5:00PM
