CCI is looking for a friendly, professional, organized individual to join our team.

Summary

The Administrative Receptionist welcomes guests, answers phone calls, and supports the entire organization with clerical and administrative duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

1. Welcome visitors: greet facility visitors (customers, vendors, others) in a polite and courteous manner, completing security and safety protocols and procedures, and directing them to their appropriate host.

2. Answer and field incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person.

3. Maintain clean and professional reception and conference room areas.

4. Assist “hosts” with internal events, such as customer visits, external audits, and other company events.

5. Occasional travel for supplies, meals, events, and other occasions.

6. Manage and correspond with contracted cleaning service.

7. Process and distribute mail, including maintaining postal equipment.

8. Manage inventory of office, janitorial and conference room supplies, ordering when needed.

9. Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as needed.

10. Support executive staff and maintain interpersonal relationships with all employees.

11. Assist with project work when needed.

12. Cross train and assist other departments.

13. Comply with all quality, safety and sanitation regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

· Remain friendly and professional.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

· Ability to complete a task in a timely, accurate manner.

· Strong verbal and written communications skills.

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks at one time.

· Maintain confidentiality and discretion on all aspects of the business.

· Willingness to help in other departments as the need arises.

Education and/or Experience

· High School Diploma (or GED), or higher

· 2 or more years of prior reception and/or customer service experience
