Job description
- Should be Supporting various EPIC, CERNER, Allscripts and NextGen versions from start to finish specializing in Front End Users Support, clinical workflows, Operating Systems and integrating ancillary clinical systems into epic.
- Should be Acted as main point of contact for patients, doctors, and hospital staff by closely.
- Reviewing medical charts and maintaining high levels of communication.
- Should have Used EMR systems Allscripts & Phreesia to process patient billing information and generate payment reports.
- Should be Utilized EPIC to manage and confirm patient data, such as insurance, demographic and medical history information
