PORTER & SECURITY AMBASSADOR

Objective:

Avanti Windows & Doors has many large facilities with many people coming and going throughout all hours of the day. The individual we want for this position is a positive reflection of our hard-working culture and an example of the lean processes we practice.  Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred

Responsibilities

 Hourly patrol from north to south, east to west of the property

 Routinely picking up debris during exterior patrols

 Daily assisting managers and supervisors with proper parking during shift changes

 Monitor employees to/from their vehicles; particularly in the dark

 Direct people; shipping, receiving, visitors and employees as needed

 Ticket, photograph and record parking violations

 Communicate emergency & non-emergency concerns to appropriate authorities

 Assist fork-truck drivers by flagging while loading/unloading in the ‘right of way’

 Assist during emergency drills or actual emergencies to facilitate gathering

 BE an Avanti Ambassador = a great Avanti representative!

Paid Weekly and paid training

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
